Return & Refund Policy
At ela, we want you to be delighted with your products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. Please make sure your items are undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with original labels attached. Please also use the return label on the packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted. We’ll process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return.
